Ingredients
- • Ladyfingers
- • 100 ml coffee
- • Mascarpone cream: 500 g mascarpone • 60 g sugar • 250 g heavy cream (30% fat, very cold)
- • Glaze: 200 g chocolate • 50 g neutral oil • 60 g almonds or hazelnuts
Instructions
- Mascarpone Cream: In a bowl, whisk the mascarpone with sugar until well combined. In another bowl, whip the cold heavy cream into stiff peaks, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture using a spatula.
- Assembly: Assemble the tiramisu (dip the ladyfingers in coffee, layering them with the prepared cream), then put it in the freezer until completely frozen.
- Glaze & Finish: Melt the chocolate with the neutral oil, then add the chopped almonds (or hazelnuts). Coat the frozen tiramisu with the glaze, and let them thaw slowly in the refrigerator before serving.
